I personally think Insurance should be the main healer of the guild as I only have 840+ Healing which is pretty crappy for instances and heroics at the moment. that's why i'm grinding BG for epixxx :)

I agree Mel. There has been times I've been looking around AB and wondered what the hell are you guys doing ?

There's been times when I've saw people just standing there doing nothing to help me whilst I'm getting ten cans of crapped knocked out of me by two or more allys.
